Harlee & Willow Bunny Barn Sales Policy

Adoption Process: Interested buyers must complete an adoption application. We reserve the right to decline any adoption application.
 

Age Requirement: Buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.​

​

Adoption Fee: An adoption fee is required. Fees are non-refundable.

 

Health Guarantee: Bunnies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of adoption. Once they leave the Bunny Barn, we are not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind.​

​

Refunds: No refunds will be given once the bunny leaves our Bunny Barn. We will however refund your deposit should anything happen to one of our bunnies in our care. 

​

Care Guidelines: Buyers should follow the Bunny Care guidelines on our website. We are available for ongoing support and advice.

​

Sexing: We cannot 100 % guarantee a rabbit gender. Although we do our very best! Determining the sex of a baby rabbit is tricky and sometimes mistakes can happen.

​

Housing Verification: Prior to adoption, we may request information about the living environment to ensure it's safe for the bunny. Indoor housing is strongly recommended.

​

Visitation: Buyers are welcome to schedule a visit to meet the bunny before adoption.

​

Pick Up: Buyers are responsible for picking up their bunny, at our rabbitry, at 8 weeks old - unless other transportation is discussed. Any bunny that's not picked up within 1 week
will be put back up for sale.

Future Contact: We encourage buyers to keep in touch and provide updates on the bunny's well-being.

By adopting a bunny from Harlee & Willow Bunny Barn, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this sales policy.
